Motion to approve Hold Harmless Agreement with McCourt Tennis Courts for court resurfacing and improvements to the tennis courts located at Pompey Park.

Background:
The United States Tennis Association (USTA) has retained McCourt tennis Courts for tennis court resurfacing and improvements at no cost to the City. The improvements include resurfacing to specifications using Plexipave materials, new nets, paint, re-striping of lines to meet specifications, fiberglass membrane overlay using Plexibond Hi-Grab, (2) new court awnings, (2) new benches, repair and install new chain link fencing, and install new 6' high windscreen. The total project cost is $59,780.00 and will be paid by the USTA.
