Motion to Approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the City of Delray Beach

Background:
The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to delineate the responsibilities of the Palm Beach County Safe Streets Task Force (SSTF) personnel; formalize relationships between participating agencies for policy guidance, planning, training, public and media relations; and maximize inter-agency cooperation.

Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
