Motion to Approve the Hold Harmless Agreement between the City of Delray Beach and Delray Trio, LLC.

Background:
This Agreement will allow the City's Police Department to utilize the Delray Trio, LLC's property for SWAT training purposes. The term of the Agreement is 1 year with the ability to cancel same upon providing 14-days written notice.
