Motion to retroactively approve Resolution No. 135-24, a City Standard, to award an agreement with Civic Plus, LLC from 9/22/23 for a term of 3 years with three (3) 1-year renewals for a total of six (6) years in the amount of $ $87,479.11 and authorize the City Manager to exercise renewal options contingent upon appropriation of funds.

Background:
The City of Delray Beach has been utilizing Code of Ordinances Services and on August 17, 2020, the services was approved as City Standard with Civic Plus formally known as Civic Plus. The purpose of this memo is to execute an agreement between Civic Plus and the City of Delray Beach. The services to be provided under this Contract shall commence upon signing and shall continue for a term of three years with three, one-year renewal options.
The description of the service is to create or update code of ordinances, online posting, edit, print, ship supplements, and assure the fastest, most accurate delivery of codification services possible.
Civic Plus stores valuable code history for the City of Delray Beach on the website hosting platform, MunicodeNEXT. The City utilizes the CodeBank feature to store previous code versions online, from Supplement No. 16 of May 22, 2012 through Supplement No. 43 of March, 2024....
