By separate motions:
a. Appoint a CRA Board representative to the Parking Management Advisory Board.
b. Appoint an alternate CRA Board representative to the Parking Management Advisory Board.

Background:
The Parking Management Advisory Board (PMAB) currently includes one member and one alternate each from the CRA, DDA, Planning & Zoning Board, Chamber of Commerce and WARC, as well as several business owners/operators in the downtown and two citizens at-large. The Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Board appointments are for 2-year terms.
Currently, there are no representatives from the CRA on the PMAB. Therefore, it is necessary to appoint both a CRA representative and alternate to the PMAB. Since the representatives may not include City Commissioners, only First-Vice Chair Gray and Commissioner Brinson are eligible to be appointed to PMAB.
