Motion to Approve Resolution No. 45-26 to award agreements to All Power Generators Corp, 360 Energy Solutions, LLC, and TAW Power Systems, Inc. dba Integrated Power Services, LLC for Generator Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Services pursuant to ITB No. 2026-010 in the amount of $2,127,933.40; authorizing the City Manager to execute any amendments and/or renewals thereto and take any and all actions necessary to effectuate the intent of this resolution; providing an effective date; and for other purposes.

Background:
The City of Delray Beach (City) requires generator maintenance, repair, and replacement services to ensure approximately 32 generators located at City facilities are in optimum working conditions. Generators are used to ensure an uninterrupted power supply to critical facilities and infrastructure, such as public safety facilities and Utilities lift stations during a power outage event.
On November 6, 2025, the City advertised ITB No. 2026-010 for Generator Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Services on behalf of the City of Delray Beach and the South East Florida Cooperative Group.
On November 27, 2025, the City received ten (10) submittals pursuant to ITB No. 2026-010. The bids submitted by All Power Generators Corp, 360 Energy Solutions, LLC, and TAW Power Systems, Inc. dba Integrated Power Services, LLC were deemed the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidders per the solicitation requirements.

The City, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate this agreement with or without cause immediately upon providing written notice to the contractor. Upon receipt of such notice, the contractor shall not incur any additional costs under the agreement. The City shall be liable only for reasonable costs incurred by the contractor prior to the date of the notice of termination. The City shall be the sole judge of “reasonable costs.”
This motion is in accordance with Code of Ordinances Section 36.02, Commission Approval Required.
