Motion to approve Resolution No. 31-25 to approve an agreement with Atlantic Pipe Services, LLC., for Sanitary Sewer Line and Manhole Rehabilitation Services, utilizing the City of Gainesville d/b/a Gainesville Regional Utilities Solicitation No. 2024-083-A, in a total amount not to exceed $1,833,328.

Background:
On August 8, 2024, Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU) issued a solicitation for Sanitary Sewer Line & Manhole Rehabilitation Services. Atlantic Pipe Services, LLC., was awarded the contract as lowest and most responsive bidder. The agreement has an initial term of three years (3) that is valid from November 1, 2024 through October 1, 2027, with two (2) additional one-year renewals.
The City of Delray Beach (City) Water Sewer Network Division of the Utilities Department will utilize Atlantic Pipe Services LLC., for video inspections on gravity sanitary sewer pipes as well as perform miscellaneous point repair services on gravity sewer systems, and manhole rehabilitation services. These services are necessary to maintain the integrity of the sanitary sewer distribution system.
This motion is in accordance with Code of Ordinances, Chapter 36, Commission Approval Required and Purchasing Policies.
