1. Approve CRA Resolution No. 2024-11 adopting Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget
and
2. Approve the Goals & Objectives Analysis document establishing goals, objectives, and performance measures and standard for each program and activity undertaken by the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency to comply with the Florida Statute § 189.062.

Background:
Attached is the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (DBCRA) Budget and Work Plan for Fiscal Year 2024- 2025 as well as Resolution No. 2024-11 adopting the CRA’s Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget. The Budget include projects and programs that emphasize the elimination or redevelopment of blighted structures, street beautification, community policing, affordable housing, and funding assistance initiatives.
This year’s budget process involved discussion of the various revenues, expenditures, and funding requests at two (2) CRA Board Meetings (July 23rd and August 29th).
We will remain focused on addressing overall needs within the Community Redevelopment Area from DBCRA Redevelopment Plan listed below:
• Recreation and Cultural Facilities
• Removal of Slum and Blight
• Land Use
• Economic Development
• Affordable Housing
• Downtown Housing
• Infrastructure
Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 2024-11 adopting the DBCRA’s Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget.
