Architectural Services:

2. Currie Sowards Aguila Architects, Inc.
3. Keith and Associates, Inc.
4. Song + Associates, Inc.
5. Synalovski Romanik Saye, LLC
Landscape Architectural Services:
1. Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc.
2. Craven, Thompson & Associates, Inc.
3. EDSA, Inc.
4. Keith & Schnars, P.A. (acquired by KCI Technologies, Inc.)
5. Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.

Background:
At the September 11, 2018, CRA Board meeting, the Board authorized the CRA Board Chair to execute Continuing Consultant Services Agreements for Architectural Services and Landscape Architectural Services (Agreements) with ten (10) separate firms.
The initial term for each of the Agreements was for three (3) years from the commencement date of October 1, 2018. The CRA reserved the right to renew each of the Agreements with the option to renew for two one (1) year extensions. As specified in the Agreements, the scope of work may be implemented in phases and by the issuance of work assignments as projects come up during the term of the Agreements. Negotiations of specific services for individual projects will take place through the issuance of work assignments. CRA Staff will bring the individual negotiated work assignments to the CRA Board for approval.
The initial three (3) year period is set to expire on September 30, 2021, for all ten (10) firms that are providing architectural services or landscape architectural services. The CRA has the option to renew each Agreement for an additional year and it is recommended that the CRA exercise this option to renew with each of the firms, with the commencement date for each Agreement being October 1, 2021, and the expiration date being September 30, 2022. The original Agreements are included as attachments for reference.
Additionally, CRA staff is requesting the CRA Board approve an amendment to the Landscape Architectural Agreement with Keith & Schnars, P.A. to reflect the business entity that acquired it, KCI Technologies, Inc. (KCI). KCI has agreed to continue the Landscape Architectural Agreement with the CRA under the same terms.

CRA Attorney Review:
The CRA General Counsel will prepare the First Amendment to Continuing Consultant Services Agreements for each Consultant according to the terms of the individual Agreements.
