Motion to approve Amendment No. 2 for a contract increase to Solicitation No. 2023-002 with Deco International Security Corporation for unarmed security guard services; and authorize the City Manager to exercise renewal options, contingent upon appropriation of funds.

Background:
The City of Delray Beach entered into an agreement with Deco International Security Corporation (Deco) for unarmed security guard services. Security guard services are necessary for the Delray Beach Open, the month long Holiday Village, and concerts at Old School Square. With rising staff costs and the addition of the Davis Cup Second Round Qualifier which will require unarmed security guard services, the scope of services has changed. Modifications to the pricing is necessary and the pricing adjustment will include the addition of staff. Please see below new estimated contract value which will increase from $486,291.74 to $611,291.74.
