Motion to approve Resolution No. 24-26 to award an Agreement with Affiniti Golf Partners LLC, dba Bobby Jones Links, for golf course management services for Delray Beach Municipal Golf Course and Lakeview Golf Club pursuant to Request for Proposal (RFP) 2025-032, 10 year agreement in an estimated amount of $1,500,000.

Background:
The City of Delray Beach seeks to retain a qualified professional management firm to provide comprehensive, turnkey management services for both City owned golf courses and associated operations in accordance with the scope of services outlined in RFP 2025-032.
On August 18, 2025, the City issued RFP No. 2025-032 for Golf Course Management Services. On October 1, 2025, the City received seven (7) submittals in response to RFP; one vendor subsequently withdrew their proposal.
On November 21, 2025, the Selection Committee completed its review of the six (6) remaining proposals and ranked the firms as follows:

Upon completion of the evaluation process, the Selection Committee made a motion to accept the final scores and authorize the issuance of the Intent to Award to the top ranked firm, Affiniti Golf Partners LLC dba Bobby Jones Links.
The term of this Agreement is for an initial term of five (5) years, with an option to renew for one additional five (5) year term. The total cumulative agreement value is provided below:
