Recommendation
Approve the Second Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Delray Beach and Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency for funding for Construction/Professional Services within the CRA District for Fiscal Year 2024-2025, in substantially the attached form.

Background:
On January 7, 2025, the City of Delray Beach (City) and the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) entered into an Interlocal Agreement for the Funding of Construction/Professional Services for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 (Original Agreement). On June 17, 2025, the City and the CRA entered into a First Amendment to the Original Agreement to include two additional projects for the Fiscal Year. The City and the CRA desire to enter into this Second Amendment in order to amend Exhibit “A” to the Original Agreement to provide further adjustments based on actual project costs. Attached is the Second Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement reflecting the same.

The CRA Legal Counsel has reviewed the Second Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement for funding of Construction/Professional Services for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 to form and determined it to be acceptable.
