Background:
On March 17, 2025, the City of Deerfield Beach as lead agency through the Southeast Florida Governmental Purchasing Cooperative Group awarded group Bid No. ITB 25-017 to bidders with the greatest overall percentage discount for the Catalog/Price List of Manufacturers listed in the Bid for Water Meter Fittings, Water Line and Fire Hydrant Accessories. On June 3, 2025, The City of Deerfield Beach awarded the bid to Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., Fortiline Waterworks, and Consolidated Pipe & Supply Company for an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) additional (1) one-year renewal options valid through June 3, 2030.
The City of Delray Beach Utilities Department (Department) has ongoing need for pipe fitting and accessories used to create and maintain the integrity of the City’s utilities systems, including but not limited to service lines, automatic flushing units, dedicated water quality sampling stations, water mains, valves, hydrants and brass fittings.
Should the City exercise the renewal options provided in the Agreement(s) the cumulative Agreement(s) value is provided below.
