Motion to Approve Resolution No. 153-20 to award an Agreement with Florida CDI, LLC for assembly/disassembly of Christmas Tree and North Pole Villages in an estimated amount of $927,500 through September 21, 2025, of which $185,500 is budgeted for FY 2020, pursuant to Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2020-033 (Project Number 17-062); and authorizing the City Manager to approve renewal options, in the amounts below, contingent upon appropriation of funds.

Background:
On July 16, 2020, Invitation to Bid No. 2020-033 was advertised for Assembly/Disassembly of Christmas Tree and North Pole Structures. One bid was received from Florida CDI, LLC in the amount of $185,500.
The services shall include assembly, disassembly, maintenance, repair, and transportation of the 100' aluminum tree and 9' North Pole Village Structures. The Agreement will be in effect for five (5) years, with an option to renew for an additional five (5) years.
Should the City exercise the renewal options provided in the contract, the cumulative contract value is provided below.
