The owner for subject property located at 3900 Sherwood Blvd, Delray Beach, FL submitted building permit number #BLDC-000445-2025 on June 24, 2025, for a new site development for 26 new single family residential homes. Consider acceptance of the following:
Item A1 - Consider acceptance of a Water and Sewer Utility Easement Agreement with Toll Southeast LP Company, Inc., for sanitary sewer and water piping dedications for property located at 3900 Sherwood Blvd, within Layton Pointe, (PCN) 12-42-46-24-02-007-0071.
There is no cost now or in the future for these items.
Item A2 - Consider acceptance of Bill of Sale for Improvements Agreement with Toll Southeast LP Company, Inc., for transfer and all right of ownership of potable water, reclaimed water, wastewater and or pump station facilities to the City of Delray Beach located at 3900 Sherwood Blvd, within Layton Pointe, (PCN) 12-42-24-02-007-0071.
