Motion to approve and accept a Hold Harmless Agreement in favor of the  City at 12 NE 5th Avenue.

 

Body

Background:

The Owners of Record 12 NE 5th LLC., proposing construction improvements (installation of utilities and related improvements) within the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), NE 5th Avenue State Right-Of-Way. As a result, a permit from FDOT is required.

 

City Attorney Review:

Approved to form and legal sufficiency.

 

Funding Source/Financial Impact:

There is no cost to the city now, or in the future for this item.

 

Timing of Request:

Timing is of high importance to allow the project to continue construction.
