Motion to approve a settlement offer for the reasons discussed in the confidential memorandum previously distributed to the City Commission.

Background:

This agenda item requests the Commission to consider an offer made by the Claimant, Christopher Spock, to settle his claim case against the City.  The Claimant offered to settle his case for $40,000.00.
