Background:
Attached are the June 2021 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of June:
1. Downtown-DB-Master Plan- Transportation Services (G/L #5230) - A payment of $96,876 was made to Freebee for point-to-point transportation services for the period of June 2021- August 2021.
2. Redevelopment Sites- Affordable Housing- Subsidies (G/L #6505) - Three families were awarded subsidies that totaled $117,740 towards the purchase of Corey Jones Isle single family homes.
3. Economic Development- CRA Grant Programs- (G/L #7313) - Site Assistance and Rent Assistant Grants that totaled $29,912 were paid to the following:
• Blair’s Downtown Condo Association, Inc.- $21,201
• AGT Land, PA- $5,951
• Glavidia Hair Studio, LLC- $2,210
• Apex Insurance Investment Group- $550
