Background:
Consistent with the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreements between the City and Professional Fire Fighters of Delray Beach Local 1842, IAFF, Inc. bargaining unit, this Ordinance modifies the definition of “earnings” to include pensionable incentives consistent with the terms of the CBA.
