Special Events Technical Advisory Committee (SETAC) recommends the Development Services Management Group (DSMG) approve the special event known as The Club Delray - Wellness in Paradise to be held on November 7, 2026; and authorize the Special Event Manager (SEM) to take all actions necessary to effectuate the Special Event Permit.

Background:
The Club Delray submitted a Special Event Application on August 6, 2026, for the Event The Club Delray - Wellness in Paradise to take place at Atha Yoga Shala on November 7, 2026. This is a health and wellness event that will have workouts, cold plunges, sauna tents, a DJ, and health and wellness vendors.There will be food vendors as well. The event producers are expecting 150 people. This is a ticketed event for the community. This is the first time this event will be taking place. Similar events by the same producer have been held in January of 2026 at Old School Square without issue. The event will go from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.

SETAC recommends DSMG approve the event.
No special conditions are recommended by SETAC
Funding Source/Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the city. All costs will be billed to the event producer.

The event is approaching and the producer would like to advertise for it.
