Motion to approve an agreement with Zambelli Fireworks Manufacturing Co. for Fireworks Display services pursuant to Request for Proposal 2024-005 and authorizing the CIty Manager to execute any amendments and/or renewals.

Background:
On January 23, 2024 the City of Delray Beach (City) advertised RFP No. 2024-005 Fireworks Display Services for the Parks and Recreation Department. We received two (2) proposals from Zambelli Fireworks Manufacturing Co. (Zambelli) and Pyrotecnico Fireworks Manufacturing Co. (Pyrotecnico).
After review and evaluation, Zambelli has been deemed the most responsive and responsible vendor recommended for award. The term of the contract will be for three (3) years with the option to renew for an additional two (2), one-year periods.
