Update and discuss the NW 800 Block Redevelopment Project and the initial conceptual design sketches.

Background:
The redevelopment of the NW 800 Block of West Atlantic is included in the CRA’s Budget & Work Plan for Fiscal Year 2020-2021. CRA staff contacted CPZ Architect, Inc. (CPZ), a consultant who has a continuing contract with the CRA to provide architectural services, to provide a proposal to develop a conceptual design for the NW 800 Block of West Atlantic Avenue.
On April 27, 2021, CRA Board Meeting, the Board ratified a Work Assignment between the CRA and CPZ, to develop a conceptual design for the CRA owned properties located on the NW 800 Block of West Atlantic Avenue. The cost to fulfill the Scope of Services for the Work Assignment is not to exceed cost of $15,000.
At this time, CRA staff is presenting an update of the ongoing development of the conceptual design and requests the CRA Board discuss and provide input as it relates to the initial conceptual design sketches. The next steps of this phase of the NW 800 Block Redevelopment Project include refinement of the conceptual design sketches to incorporate feedback and comments, completing research of City land development regulations and parking requirements, completing research on the containers, etc.
