The City Commission is asked to receive an update regarding Old School Square Activities and the proposed budget for use of the property for FY 2025-26 from the Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA).

Background:
As the DDA currently has an interlocal agreement which licenses the use of the Old School Square Campus (excluding the Crest Theater building). The DDA will provide, through this presentation, an update as to their activities related to the property and the basics of the DDA's proposed Old School Square budget for FY 2025-26.
