Acceptance of a Landscape Maintenance Agreement (LMA) for the property located at 2800 - 2812 Florida Blvd.

Background:
On June 28, 2023, the Site Plan Review and Appearance Board (SPRAB) approved a Class IV Site Plan modification for the construction of a seven-unit, three-story townhouse development at the property addressed as 2800 - 2812 Florida Blvd. The project proposes landscaping within the public right-of-way along Florida Blvd. and La Mat Avenue. Pursuant to requirements of the Land Development Regulations, the property owner is responsible for perpetual maintenance of landscaping located in the right-of-way. Acceptance of the LMA is required for the Class IV site plan modification.
