Background:

Attached are the January 2025 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).

 

Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of January:

 

 

1.                     Land Acquisition - Other (G/L 5610) - A payment was made in the amount of $653,972 for the acquisition of two parcels in the NW Neighborhood.

 

2.                     95 SW 5TH Avenue Construction (G/L 6216B)- A payment was made in the amount of $171,847 payable to Ahrens Enterprises, Inc. representing pay application #21 for the construction of a new commercial building.
