Motion to approve an award to TV Diversified, LLC, utilizing City of West Palm Beach Contract # 13-14-129, for rehabilitation of four City lift stations, at a cost not to exceed $127,433.30.

Background:
The Environmental Services Department is requesting approval for TV Diversified, LLC to rehabilitate four City lift stations, utilizing the City of West Palm Beach Contract # 13-14-129, in an amount not to exceed $127,433.30.
Each year, the City rehabilitates three to four lift stations to ensure the stations are running efficiently, as well as to prevent unnecessary breakdowns. At the beginning of each year, Environmental Services evaluates all stations to determine which stations are most in need of repairs. These station evaluations are conducted on an ongoing, rotating basis. Performing this maintenance work on three to four lift stations per year ensures the reliable operation of the City's network of lift stations.
This award is in accordance with Code of Ordinances Sections 36.02(C)(7) “Utilization of Other Governmental Entities’ Contracts.”
TV Diversified, LLC has confirmed that pricing offered to the City of Delray Beach is the lowest pricing offered to any other governmental entity within the State of Florida.
