Motion to Approve an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with Palm Beach County regarding the Infrastructure Surtax.

Attached herein please find the proposed ILA and cover memorandum for County Administrator requesting approval and or comment.  The County staff intends to present the ILA’s to the Board of County Commissioners in April.
