A presentation of the 2026 Historic Preservation Award winning projects.

Background:
In honor of National Historic Preservation Month, the Historic Preservation Board (HPB) recognized property owners who have significantly contributed to their communities through preservation of the city’s architectural and cultural heritage.
This year’s award categories are:
• Residential Contributing - Addition & Rehabilitation
• Residential Contributing - Exterior Alterations
• Residential Non-Contributing - Additions, New Construction, and Rehabilitation
• Commercial Contributing - Exterior Alterations and Rehabilitation
• Commercial/Multi-Family Non-Contributing - Additions, New Construction, and Rehabilitation
• Commercial Individually Designated - Additions and/or Rehabilitation
The projects are fully completed and were issued Certificates of Occupancy. Staff will provide a brief presentation of the winning projects.
