Motion to approve Resolution No. 02-25 to award a Master Contractor/Services Agreement with Rep Services, Inc. for Park Equipment and Parts utilizing Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners Term Contract #21056 LP in the amount of $138,525.00.

 

Body

Background:

On November 23, 2021, the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners rendered its decision to award contract #21056 LP for Park Equipment and Parts  to REP Services, Inc. The contract term is for five (5) years effective November 23, 2021 through November 22, 2026. The City would like to utilize the contract to procure the following items at the same terms and conditions, and pricing.

(010)                     Steel Tables                                                               Improvement to Various Parks

 

Utilizing the contracted pricing for this equipment will streamline the purchasing process in addition to cost savings realized by leveraging the discounted pricing offered in the agreement.

 

This motion is in accordance with the Code of Ordinances Chapter 36, Commission Approval Required.
