Approve Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. 2026-01 adopting Budget Amendment No. 1 for FY 2025-2026.

Background:
Attached please find Resolution No. 2026-01 Budget Amendment No. 1 - FY 2025-2026. The items highlighted in yellow are significant modifications that are being proposed in this amendment. The following are significant modifications included in the proposed amendment:
1. Reimbursement-City of Delray Beach (G/L #4700) - An increase of $253,815 was a result of remaining funds provided by the CRA on City completed (CIP) projects which are refunded by to the CRA.
2. Interest-Earned (G/L #4900) - An increase of ($170,000) because of updated estimates of interest earnings for the fiscal year.
3. SW 8th and SW 2nd Improvement (CIP) (G/L #5367) - The budget line was increased by $107,00 per additional funding request from the City of Delray Beach.
4. Northwest Neighborhood Improvements CIP (G/L #5622) - The budget line was decreased by $3,706,725 to accommodate the funding increase requests from the City for Pompey Park and various other CRA redevelopment projects.
5. Pompey Park PreCon and Project Owners Rep (CIP) (G/L #5661a) - The budget line item was added due to an additional request from the City in the amount of $3,000,000.
6. 95 SW 5th Avenue Construction (G/L#6516B) - The budget line was increased by $225,000, because of updated estimated costs of completing the project.
7. 102 NW 5th Avenue-Renovation/Expansion (G/L#6222) - The budget line was increased by $400,000 because of increased construction costs from original estimates.
