Motion to approve additional spending on existing contract P2023-018 with Blue Line Innovations, LLC., for purchases of public safety uniforms, in the amount of $50,000, for a revised contract total of $120,000.

Background:
On January 10, 2023, City Commission approved resolution No. 04-23 to award an agreement with Blue Line Innovations, LLC., for purchases of public safety uniforms utilizing City of Lakeland contract pursuant to Invitation to Bid No. 9210 in the amount not to exceed $70,000 for the term of the contract.
Purchasing of uniforms through this local vendor has been successful and the Police Department is requesting approval for additional spending to expand immediate fulfillment of uniform needs.
