This reorganization reflects our commitment to elevating the procurement function and ensuring greater oversight of municipal spending. By establishing a dedicated department, we aim to streamline operations, enhance strategic sourcing, and provide the Chief Procurement Officer with the direct line of communication necessary to support the City’s evolving infrastructure and service needs.
