Item A1 - Motion to approve the MOT concept for Sundy Village Block 69
Body
Background:
The developer, PEBB Capital, of the Sundy Village project has submitted a plan showing the Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Plan for the construction of the Block 69 improvements which are currently under construction. Because this projects will have lane closures exceeding 14 days they are required by LDR Section 7.1.8(C)(1) to seek City Commission approval for such closures. They have already been granted approval for their original road closure but their construction project is running longer than expected and they need additional time with this request indicating a completion date of May 29, 2026.

The timing of this request is of high importance to allow projects to continue construction.
