NOMINATION FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE OPIOID SETTLEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. BASED ON THE ROTATION SYSTEM, THE NOMINATION FOR APPOINTMENT WILL BE MADE BY COMMISSIONER CASALE (SEAT #3).

Motion to approve the nomination of one (1) member to the Opioid Settlement Advisory Committee (OSAC).

Background:
Due to the resignation of Stephen Posovsky, a seat on the board is vacant.
The OSAC shall meet to review the needs of the community and recommend to the City Commission how to expend Opioid Litigation Settlement Funds.
The OSAC shall be comprised of seven (7) members who shall meet qualifications. At this time, one (1) seat is vacant and is to be filled as follows:
(d) Two (2) at-large members who are residents of the City of Delray Beach.
Currently serving on the Opioid Settlement Advisory Committee and meeting one (1) of the qualifications:
