Background:
In February of 2026, the Public Works Department engaged Webb Management Services, Inc. (Webb) to perform a Needs Assessment and Market Study for the Old School Square Campus.
The intent of the study is to explore community needs and market opportunities for each of the components of Old School Square, leading to a set of recommendations for improvements and possible additions to those facilities.
Today’s presentation includes the initial findings, reviewing each component of the analysis against each of the Old School Square facilities, and how that work has led to conclusions and recommendations for improvements. Feedback from this presentation will be incorporated in a final report with recommendations for the optimal facility concepts for Old School Square.
