Motion to adopt Resolution No. 181-25 Certifying to the Property Appraiser and the Tax Collector of Palm Beach County, the proposed rates of millage to be levied by the Downtown Development Authority for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025.

Background:

This is the first of two required public hearings for the adoption of the proposed rates of millage to be levied by the Downtown Development Authority for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025. Proposed Resolution No. 181-25 is required to be adopted before the adoption of the City of Delray Beach Tentative Budget Resolution No. 182-25.
