Motion to approve Revocable License Agreement with Mae Volen Center (Mae Volen) for use of the auditorium and facilities at Pompey Park Recreation Center for hurricane meal distribution. Mae Volen shall provide shelf-stable meals prepared in an approved food establishment and in compliance with Florida Administrative Code Chapter 64E-11.
Meals will be distributed at Pompey Park Recreation Center at no cost to individuals over 60 years old and living in Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, or Boca Raton.

Background:
Mae Volen Center has been providing congregate meals to seniors at Pompey Park Recreation Center since 2018.
The Revocable License Agreement is for a single event and will terminate at conclusion of event.
City Attorney Review:
Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
Funding Source/Financial Impact:
There is no cost to the City. Mae Volen Center will pay the City a fee of $1.00.
