Body

Recommended Action:

Recommendation

Consideration of the following item Hold Harmless Agreement for installation of 3-inch potable water service within the State Right-of-Way for property located at 611 S Ocean Boulevard.

Body

Background:

Motion to approve and accept Hold Harmless Agreement in favor of the City due to Owner, Fried Business Holdings, LLC., proposing to install a new 3-inch potable water service within the State Right-of-Way on S Ocean Boulevard. The proposed new 3-inch potable water service is intended to serve the property at 611 S Ocean Boulevard. As a result, a permit from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is required as the City will be maintaining that part of the service within the FDOT right-of-way. FDOT requires the City sign the permit application. There is not cost to the City now or in the future for this item.
