Background:
Attached are the January 2022 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of January:
1. Grant- Solid Waste Authority (G/L #4210) -A grant in the amount of $40,326 was received from the Solid Waste Authority.
2. Downtown-DB-Master Plan- Transportation (G/L #5230) - A payment of $33,463 was made to Freebee for the point-to-point transportation services.
3. Community Imp & Economic Development- Clean and Safe (G/L #7335) - A quarterly payment was made to the City of Delray Beach in the amount of $736.168.
4. Community Imp & Economic Development- Economic Development Incentive (G/L #7415)- The following of incentives were paid as follows:
• Hyatt DIA Incentive- $43,162
• IPIC Parking Facility Maintenance- $40,000
