Background:

In honor of National Historic Preservation Month, the Historic Preservation Board (HPB) recognized property owners for their significant contributions to the preservation of the City’s historic resources. The 2022 HPB Awards had three categories: Residential Contributing/Individually Designated Addition and/or Accessory Structure, Residential Non-Contributing New Construction, and Commercial Non-Contributing New Construction and/or Exterior Alterations. Four winners were chosen for projects completed between June of 2021 to April of 2022.
