Acceptance of a Landscape Maintenance Agreement (LMA) for the property located at 367 Venetian Drive (Lot 2).

Body

Background:

On April 26, 2023, the Site Plan Review and Appearance Board (SPRAB) voted to approve a Class V Site Plan, Landscape Plan, and Architectural Elevations for the construction of a 3-unit townhome development located at 369 Venetian Drive. The approved development included landscaping within the public right-of-way along Venetian Drive and Casuarina Road. Pursuant to requirements of the Land Development Regulations 9LDR), the property owner is responsible for perpetual maintenance of landscaping located in the right-of-way, which is stipulated in each LMA.

Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
