Background:
On Friday, October 2, 2026, the Office of the City Manager rejected the proposals submitted by FM Tennis, LLC, and Baral Group, LLC, finding that they were not responsive to the City’s solicitation and not responsible for purposes of the solicitation issued by the City. Based on this finding, neither submission is eligible to move forward for consideration by the City Commission, leaving only one proposer left for consideration.
Accordingly, a recommendation to award an agreement to JCD Sports Group/Dubin & Associates, is hereby offered, as they are the sole responsive and responsible proposer. Resolution No. 107-26 seeks to award an agreement in the amount of $490,000 for the initial term of five (5) years, with the option to renew for up to five (5) additional one-year terms at a cost of $101,920.00 per year for a total contract value of $999,600.
