NOMINATION FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO THE SITE PLAN REVIEW AND APPEARANCE BOARD (SPRAB). BASED ON THE ROTATION SYSTEM, THE NOMINATION FOR AN APPOINTMENT FOR ONE (1) REGULAR MEMBER TO SERVE AN UNEXPIRED TERM ENDING AUGUST 31, 2025, WILL BE MADE BY COMMISSIONER MARKERT (SEAT #1).

Motion to approve nomination for an appointment for one (1) regular member to serve an unexpired term ending August 31, 2025.

Background:
Due to the resignation of Mr. Keith Beal, a seat on the board is vacant.
To qualify for an appointment:
(1) At least five (5) seats on the board must be filled with either an architect, landscape architect, land use attorney, realtor/real estate broker, civil engineer, general contractor, land planner or interior designer.
(2) The remaining two (2) seats shall be at large.
(3) The appointing body shall endeavor to appoint as many of the required disciplines as possible to the Board.
Currently serving on the SPRAB board and meeting qualifications are Ms. Linda Purdo, Mr. Jose Alvarez, Ms. Christina Morrison, Mr. Wensky Villanoix and Mr. Robert Lewis.
The following individuals have submitted applications and would like to be considered for appointment:
