Background:
Attached are the April 2024 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of April:
1. Tax Increment Financing - TIF County (G/L #4010) - A payment was made in the amount of $113,075 payable to the Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners for the final adjustment of tax incremental funding for the fiscal year 2023-2024.
2. 95 SW 5th Avenue Construction-Construction (G/L #6216B) - Payments were made in the amount of $120,995 payable to Ahrens Enterprises, Inc.
3. City Contractual Services - Clean & Safe (G/L 7335) - A payment was made in the amount of $897,278 payable to the City of Delray Beach
