Review and consider acceptance of a 12.5 feet right-of-way dedication along the Milfred Street on the south side of the property and a 25-foot radius at the corner of Milfred Street and Gwenzell Avenue located at the property located at 1215 Milfred Street.

Background:
On January 22, 2025, the Site Plan and Appearance Board (SPRAB) voted to approve the Level 2 Site Plan application for the construction of a one-story, 5,597 sq. ft. warehouse and office building associated with parking reduction request for the property located at 1215 Milfred Street. The platted right-of-way of Milfred Street is currently 25 feet wide, whereas a total 50-foot wide right-of-way is required. Furthermore, a 25-foot radius dedication at the corner of Milfred Street and Gwenzell Avenue is required.The right-of-way dedications are technical requirements as part of the approved project.
