Motion to approve additional spending with Raftelis Consulting for professional facilitation services in the amount of $15,000, to help support this year's annual goal setting exercise.

Background:
The City of Delray Beach engaged in professional services with Raftelis Consulting including Vision 2035, as well as annual goal setting sessions in 2023 and 2024. Engagement for additional services would exceed the City Manager's authority of $100,000. Formal approval is therefore being requested of the City Commission. Raftelis Consulting has accepted the City's terms and conditions.
