Motion to approve staff's recommendation that the City Commission set the proposed millage rate at 1.0000 mill for the Downtown Development Authority for Fiscal Year 2027

Background:
The DDA will submit the Fiscal Year 2026/2027 budget on the First and Second public Budget Hearings schedule for September 8, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively, as part of the City Commission meetings for approval of the City's Budget.
