Approve CRA Resolution No. 2026-14 adopting Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget.

Background:
Attached is the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (DBCRA) Budget and Work Plan for Fiscal Year 2026- 2027 as well as Resolution No. 2026-14 adopting the CRA’s Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget. The Budget includes projects and programs that emphasize the elimination or redevelopment of blighted structures, street beautification, community policing, affordable housing, and funding assistance initiatives.
This year’s budget process involved discussion of the various revenues, expenditures, and funding requests at the August 27, 2026, CRA Board Meeting.
We will remain focused on addressing overall needs and goals within the Community Redevelopment Area from CRA Redevelopment Plan (pending final adoption by City Commission on October 6, 2026) listed below:
• Removal of Slum & Blight
• Land Use
• Development & Investment
• Housing
• Infrastructure & Mobility Improvements
• Public Assets & Facilities
Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 2026-14 adopting the CRA’s Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget.
