Attached are the February 2025 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of February:
1. Land Acquisition - Other (G/L #5610) - A payment was made in the amount of $308,365 for the purchase of property located at NW 7th Avenue.
2. Clean & Safe (G/L # 7335) - Payments were made payable to the City of Delray Beach totaling $1,012,329 for the Clean & Safe Program.
3. International Tennis Tournament (G/L #7470) - A payment was made in the amount of $905,000 payable to the City of Delray Beach.
