Motion to approve the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Delray Beach and the School Board of Palm Beach County for the mutual use of recreational facilities.

Background:
The Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between the City of Delray Beach (City) and the School Board of Palm Beach County (School Board) is to enable both the School Board and the City to utilize each other's recreational facilities, provide procedures for authorizing the use of recreational facilities, and to allow use to City programs and affiliated recreation groups and organizations that have been approved by both parties.
The School Board and the City have reviewed and agree to the terms noted in the attached ILA.
City Attorney Review:
Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
